- Beverly Thorn will offer an OLLI Class at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa campus on Dementia, Dementia Care and Care for Dementia Caretakers. Weekly from Tuesday, July 8 through Tuesday, July 29, noon -1:15
- John Ryland is working with the Young Writers Group at Hueytown High School to publish a Fall 2026 anthology under his personal imprint.
- Jennifer Horne continues to offer a weekly poetry break on her FB page.
- Carolyn Breckinridge continues to volunteer lining up regional authors for the monthly (2nd Tuesday of every month) Hometown Writers Spotlight through the Tuscaloosa Public Library, 5:30-7:00 PM.
