A minister and teacher, Clark is also an award-winning writer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Creative Writing from the University of Alabama and culinary certifications from Auburn University. Her work has been published in magazines, newspapers, and on the internet. Her first book Legacy Blessings, Devotions for Your Spirit was a labor of love for her children and grandchildren. It is available on Amazon or locally at Barnes and Noble. She has taught her curriculum Forbidden Screams, The Church Can No Longer Be Silent (Equipping the Saints for the Work of the Ministry; The War Against Domestic Violence) across the country.
Clark also owns Green Leaf Kitchens, a culinary jelly and jam company. As a professional cook, her passion is developing recipes with her products. Her first cookbook Original Recipes from Green Leaf Kitchens highlights her unique flavors. It is available via Etsy or email. Her children’s cookbook Kids in The Kitchen will be available in the spring of 2025.
Clark lives in Tuscaloosa with her husband Clay and their dog Henry Danger. She has three children and eleven grandchildren.
